A practical course to Find Conscious Presence and Be in the Natural Rhythm of Body, and Mind Through Breathing, Physical Postures and Movements, and Open Awareness.

In this workshop we will learn how to recover our natural way of breathing and our spontaneous open awareness, and how these are connected and shape our whole existence.

Breathing and awareness are the starting point of all, when we see, feel, think, relate to others and the external environment: they are the very place where all our experiences take place.

Once you have learned breathing infused with awareness can be present in at all times in our life: they will provide you with calm and clarity to solve difficult situation; they will provide the basis for your inner growth and evolution.
